What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. You can order from just one item, whether it is a single transfer for testing or thousands for production. You pay per centimetre, and can see the price live in our sheet builder.

What's the difference between DTF transfers and UV-DTF stickers?

DTF transfers are suitable for textile, while UV-DTF stickers are suitable for hard materials such as glass, metal and wood.

How does “pay per used cm" work exactly?

You only pay for the length of your sheet that is used, not for empty space. In our sheet builder, you can see your price update live before checkout.

Can I put different designs on one gang sheet?

Yes. Open our sheet builder and place as many different designs as you like on one sheet. Logos, names and sizes can all be mixed together. Everything's possible.

Do I have to make a gang sheet myself?

Yes. Before production, we check the resolution, transparency and the dimensions. If anything is off, we will contact you before printing to prevent misprints.

Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Prices in the webshop are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added during checkout.

Are there extra costs for setup or file checks?

No, we do not charge setup fees. If you see anything unexpected in the builder or at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I test the quality first?

Yes. You can request a free sample box with DTF and UV-DTF samples. This way you can test the material, colour and application first.

Which files can I submit?

For DTF, you can supply PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG files. For UV-DTF, you will need a vector file: AI, EPS or SVG. Preferably supply artwork at actual size and at 300 dpi. See our complete artwork specifications below.

Is there a limit to the colours I can use?

Transfers are printed full-colour. Gold, silver and neon colours are not possible.

Submit white prints in the colour white. You do not need to add a background behind them.

How do colours look on dark textiles?

A white underbase is printed beneath colours on DTF. This keeps the colours bright, even on black and dark textiles.

Can you guarantee exact Pantone colours?

DTF is printed in full colour. Colours may vary because of screen settings, file type, material and the surface underneath. Do you have a colour that is critical to your brand? Test it with a sample first, or contact us beforehand.

When does my order go into production?

Production starts as soon as your file has been approved. Order DTF before 12:00 on a business day with an approved file, and we will produce and ship it the same day. UV-DTF has a production time of five business days.

How quickly will I receive my order?

In the Netherlands, DTF orders are usually delivered on the next business day after shipment when ordered before 12:00. For Belgium, Germany and other European destinations, average delivery is 2–3 business days. You can see the expected delivery date at checkout.

Do you ship throughout Europe?

Yes. We ship throughout Europe. Netherlands: PostNL, next business day when ordered before 12:00 (€7.95 excl. VAT). Other European countries: FedEx, on average 2–3 business days (€9.95 excl. VAT).

What is the delivery time for UV-DTF?

UV-DTF stickers have a production time of five business days. The same shipping times as DTF then apply: next business day in the Netherlands and 2–3 business days in the rest of Europe.

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive track-and-trace information to follow the shipment.

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. As long as your order has not entered production yet, we can take a look at the possibilities. Once production has started, we usually cannot guarantee changes.

Do I need a heat press?

Accepted Answer

For the best and most consistent result, use a heat press with adjustable temperature and pressure. A household iron does not provide enough even pressure and heat.

At what temperature and for how long should I press?

For our standard DTF transfers: 140–145°C, 10 seconds, and firm, even pressure of around 3–4 bar. Read our full DTF transfer application instructions below.

Should I peel hot or cold?

Accepted Answer

Our DTF transfers are hot peel. Remove the film while it is still warm, promptly after pressing. Then press again for 10 seconds for a softer, more matte and more durable print.

Do I need to pre-press the garment?

Pre-pressing is not necessary. Make sure the garment is dry, clean and wrinkle-free before applying the transfer.

Which materials do DTF transfers work on?

DTF works very well on cotton, cotton blends, polyester, canvas, bags and fleece. Transfers may bleed through on softshell and sublimated garments.

Can I press over existing prints?

No. Apply transfers to an empty surface otherwise the print will not adhere properly. If you want to cover an existing logo or printing error, use a new garment instead.

Why is my transfer coming off?

Accepted Answer

That is usually caused by too little pressure, too low a temperature, or peeling too early. Put the film back, increase the pressure and press for another 5–8 seconds. Also check that your press actually reaches the set temperature.

Why do I see a grey haze or silvering?

Accepted Answer

Silvering often comes from too little pressure or an uneven press surface. Use a flat, firm underlay and increase the pressure.

Can I press DTF over a zipper, seam or uneven surface?

We do not recommend that. A zipper, thick seam or unevenness causes uneven pressure and can damage the print. Choose a flat part of the garment or use a suitable pressing pillow.

How should I wash garments with DTF transfers?

Wash inside out at a maximum of 40°C, without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry the garment, and wait 48 hours before the first wash.

What is the best way to store my DTF transfers?

Store the transfers in a cool, dry, flat place away from direct sunlight. This prevents curling, sticking and colour fading before pressing.

With the correct press settings and washing instructions, a DTF print will stay in a good condition for a long time. Its lifespan depends on the material, use, washing and how carefully the transfer was applied.

UV-DTF stickers are full-colour stickers for smooth, hard materials like glass, plastic, metal and wood. You do not need a heatpress: you can apply the transfer directly to the product.

UV-DTF works best on clean, smooth and hard surfaces. First make the product grease-free and dry. Always test first on rough, highly curved or porous materials.

Is UV-DTF dishwasher safe?

No. UV-DTF stickers are not dishwasher-safe. Wash the product by hand to keep the sticker looking good for as long as possible.

Can I reposition UV-DTF after applying it?

No. Position it carefully, because you only have one chance. Only place the sticker once you are certain it is straight and in the right position.

How do I apply UV-DTF?

Degrease the surface. Rub a card over the back, slowly remove the backing, position the transfer and press it down firmly from the inside out. Then carefully remove the film.

Can UV-DTF be used outdoors?

UV-DTF is durable, but exposure to sun, water, scratches and intensive use affects its lifespan. For outdoor use or a demanding application, always test it first on the actual material.
