Order UV-DTF stickers for glass, metal and plastic
UV-DTF stickers are transfers for hard surfaces. No heat press is involved. You place the sticker on your product, burnish it down firmly and peel the film away. What remains feels as though it was printed straight onto the surface, with texture and a glossy finish.
They bond to glass, metal, plastic, wood, ceramic and lacquered surfaces: mugs, water bottles, jars, laptop lids, tool cases and packaging. Because no heat is used you can apply them to products that would not fit in a press, or would not survive one.
As with our DTF transfers you pay per centimetre of sheet height used, with no minimum order and no colour surcharge. We check your file free of charge before production. UV-DTF ships after five working days.

Frequently asked questions about UV-DTF stickers
What is the difference between DTF and UV-DTF?
Standard DTF is for textile and is applied with a heat press. UV-DTF is for hard surfaces such as glass, metal and plastic and needs no heat. Choose DTF for clothing and UV-DTF for a mug or bottle.
How do I apply a UV-DTF sticker?
Clean and degrease the surface. Position the sticker, burnish firmly from the centre outwards with a card or squeegee, then peel the top film away slowly at a sharp angle. Let it cure for 24 hours before first use.
Are UV-DTF stickers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing. The stickers are water resistant and survive the occasional dishwasher cycle, but high temperatures combined with aggressive tablets noticeably shorten their life.
Which surfaces do UV-DTF stickers bond to?
All smooth, hard surfaces: glass, metal, plastic, lacquered wood, ceramic and coated board. They do not bond reliably to rough, porous or silicone-like surfaces.
Can I order UV-DTF stickers as single pieces?
Yes, there is no minimum order. You pay per centimetre of sheet height used, so a single sticker or a small test sheet is possible.
How long does UV-DTF delivery take?
UV-DTF has a longer production time than standard DTF and ships after five working days regardless of when you order. If you need something urgently, let us know and we will see what is possible.
