Order DTF transfers and pay by the centimetre
DTF transfers are full-colour prints on PET film with a white underbase and an adhesive layer, ready to be heat-pressed onto textile. Because the white underbase is printed along with the design, colours stay vivid on black and navy cotton.
Where we differ from most suppliers is how we bill. Our sheet is 55 centimetres wide and you pay only for the height your artwork uses, at €14.95 per metre excluding VAT. That works out at roughly 15 cents per centimetre. If you need 12 centimetres of height, you pay for 12 centimetres rather than a whole metre.
There is no minimum order, no setup fee and no surcharge for the number of colours. A two-colour design costs the same as a photograph with thousands of colours, because the printer lays everything down in a single pass.
We check every file you upload for resolution, transparency and bleed before it reaches the printer, free of charge. If something is wrong we would rather tell you first than send you a sheet you cannot use. Orders approved on a working day ship within 24 hours with track and trace across Europe.

Amounts exclude VAT. Every sheet carries a fixed margin for the cut edges and the sheet reference, so the more designs you fit onto one sheet, the less that margin weighs per design. The sheet maker shows your own price updating live as you arrange artwork.
Frequently asked questions about DTF transfers
What does a DTF transfer cost?
The sheet is 55 centimetres wide and the rate is €14.95 per metre excluding VAT, billed per centimetre of sheet height used. One chest logo of 8 by 8 centimetres comes to about €2.32 once the cut edges are included. Put that same logo on a sheet alongside five other designs and the cost per design drops sharply, because the 55 centimetres of width costs you nothing extra. We have no setup fees and no colour surcharges.
Why do you charge by the centimetre rather than by the metre?
Because a price per metre always makes you pay for space you never use. If you need 12 centimetres, you should be paying for 12 centimetres. We built the whole ordering flow around that, so the metre is only the rate we calculate from.
Can I order a single DTF transfer?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. You pay for the height your artwork occupies and nothing else, so ordering one test sheet is as viable as ordering a run of a thousand.
What is a gang sheet and how much does it save?
A gang sheet is one sheet holding several designs side by side. Because you pay for sheet height and the sheet is 55 centimetres wide, every centimetre you fill across the width comes free. Three 15-centimetre logos side by side therefore cost the same as one 15-centimetre logo.
How do I press a DTF transfer?
Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to drive out moisture and creases. Place the transfer print-side down and press for 10 seconds at 145 °C with firm, even pressure. Let the film cool to hand-warm, peel it away in one motion, then post-press for 5 seconds with baking paper over the design.
Which fabrics can I press DTF onto?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, nylon and most performance fabrics, in any colour. Adhesion can disappoint on water-repellent coated fabrics and on highly elastic material, so we recommend testing a sample there first.
How long does a DTF print last?
Pressed correctly and washed inside out at 30 °C, a DTF print comfortably passes fifty washes without visible cracking. Skip fabric softener and bleach, dry on low or hang to dry, and wait 24 hours before the first wash so the adhesive fully cures.
How should I supply my artwork?
PNG or PDF with a transparent background, 300 dpi at actual size. Convert text to outlines and leave a few millimetres of margin around fine detail. RGB files are fine and we convert them, although colour may shift slightly from what your screen showed.
What happens if my file is not good enough?
We contact you before anything is printed. Every file is checked free of charge for resolution, transparency and bleed. Low-resolution artwork can often be upscaled, and where it is a judgement call we lay out the options rather than deciding for you.
How quickly will I receive my DTF transfers?
Order before 12:00 on a working day with an approved file and we produce the same day, with your parcel leaving within 24 hours. Within the Netherlands that is usually next working day. Allow one to two extra working days for Belgium and Germany.
Can I store transfers for later?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons brands choose DTF. Stored cool, dark and flat, a transfer stays perfectly pressable for at least twelve months. Put a sheet of baking paper between them if you stack them.
How does this differ from UV-DTF?
These transfers are for textile and need a heat press. UV-DTF is made for hard surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic and mugs, and works without heat: you burnish it down and peel the carrier away.
