Artwork specifications

To ensure high-quality transfers, it's important to submit all files correctly. You can find all important specs for submitting a file on this page. We will of course check the files upfront, but by submitting them correct immediately we can process them faster and nothing will go wrong when printing.

Resolution

300 dpi

On the actual size. A lower DPI will result in a lower quality.

File types

PNG

Or AI, EPS, SVG, JPEG, PDF.

Color mode

CMYK

Our RIP handles conversion. You don't have to change your colors to CMYK on your end.

Pixel files (PNG/JPEG)

Make sure your files have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Submit your files at 100 % of the desired size. Enlarging pixel files will cause a loss of quality, and that's something you don't want.
Make sure the background is transparent because colored backgrounds will get printed.

Vector files (AI/EPS/SVG)

Make sure images are embedded and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Convert text to outlines to make sure fonts are embedded.
Supply these files at 100 % of the desired size.

Use shadow effects
Upscale a small design to a larger size
Don't convert your text to outlines but leave it as plain text
