Artwork specifications

To ensure high-quality transfers, it's important to supply all files correctly. On this page we have listed the main points of attention so nothing goes wrong when printing your transfers.

Resolution

300 dpi

At actual size. A lower DPI will result in poor quality.

Format

PNG

Or AI, EPS, SVG, JPEG, PDF.

Color mode

CMYK

Our RIP handles conversion.

Pixel files (PNG/JPEG)

Make sure files have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Supply your files at actual size. Enlarging pixel files causes quality loss, and we do not want that.
Make sure the background is transparent; coloured backgrounds will be printed.

Vector files (AI/EPS/SVG)

Make sure images are embedded and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Convert text to outlines so that fonts are embedded.
Supply these files at actual size as well.
